Its originally origin in sub-continent of Africa

Today I will share some information about adenium plant care.. That's what I know..

As it's name is Desert Rose .. Now you must have understood, according to the same environment, its soil and water have to be built. So let's start.

First of all, the soil is made, Keep the part exactly like this

➽ Soil - 25%

➽ Sand - 25%

➽ Compost - 25%

➽ Brick pieces -25%

➽ Bone dust - 100/150 grams per tub


➤ There will be any cultivable soil

➤ The sand that used to make the house..use that sand

➤ Compost can use any of that (leaf, cow dung, or earthworm)

➤ If you do not get brick pieces ..it can be used even if the old soil tub is broken

➤ Get to the bone dust in fertilizer store. If you do not get this..? use egg shell powder 4/5 tablespoons

Mix all of these together well ..your soil is ready

Now planting arrangements. Adenium does not require more soil so it should be used with a small tub.. 6/7 inch tub is enough for the new plant


First, take the tub, see the bottom of pot ..look there is a hole..after placing a piece of broken pot on it
then some sand on it and then put the mix soil on it
What will happen if your pot comes out of excess water goes out easily and maintains good health of your plant

Adenium does not require more than water, but due to excessive water ..then the possibility of death of plant is high, especially in the rainy season, that is why it is possible to arrange so much.

Now planting the adenium and give it a little water. Only once the soil is dry.. water will again.

Care of plant ➢

Keep the plant in full sunlight.. only then will you get more results
This plant does not have any special disease, so there is no problem in getting medicine. Keeping a little careful in the rainy season, it can be saved for many years. During the heavy rain, it can also keep the pot with the plant lie down on the floor.
And with the other trees, occasionally give liquid fertilizer
In winter, the leaves of this tree fall mostly due to the cold mist,
However, it does not do any harm to the tree, but when the cold is reduced, new leaves grow again
But to avoid this you can put the tree inside a shed or poly house.



Pruning ➣

Caution ➣

Adenium is a poisonous plant

Produces a sap between its roots and stems that contains Cardiac Glycosides

This sap is used by hunters in most parts of Africa as an uses them as poison of arrows for hunting

In ending ➣

Some plants are reduced to flower after a few days after flowering, 
Or they are completely stop
I think the reason is to much apply chemical fertilizers regularly
In the beginning, its results are good , But after some days the pot's soil started to get worse
I personally realized it
Due to the regular chemical fertilization application the soil is dry And it becomes tough As a result, the tree roots can not spread properly And the ability to pull water reduces
That's why I do not use it myself And I do not even recommend it to anyone
I always use organic fertilizers
