The tuberose flower are pulsating most of the people's emotions

I think the reason is that highly sweet fragrance
And there are many good memories attached to this flower
This flower is a religious ceremony weddings and gift giving are widely used

Some Information

• Scientific name -- Polianthes tuberosa
• Native resident -- mexico
• Species             -- agave amica 
• Family               -- Asparagaceae
• Height               --  3 feet around
• Leaf        -- 1 foot long, dark green

There are 4 varieties of tuberose Such as single, semi double, double and variegated

Of these, the smell of flowers with single petals is more than the maximum It is called the local tuberose

And the flower of this species gives flowers for more than a year

The varieties of flowers that have petals in two rows are called "semi double"

And the swelling that has three or four rows of petals is called "double"

These flowers are very beautiful smell

And the "variegated" varieties of flowers are a little yellow color

But its fragrance is less

Some History

No specific period of time can be found when people start using it

But in the oldest flowering cultivation, tuberose is one of them

It is believed that it was brought to India from the middle of the 16th to the 17th century through Europe

The first scientific name for this plant (Polianthes tuberosa) is described by ( Carl Linnaeus ) in 1753 AD.

Description 

Tuberose plant is a produced from bulb

New bulbs are made from old plant, The bulb of the old plant is lifted from the ground and the newly born bulb separates it from a new place and then again it is found new flowers

Flowers begin to bloom after about 3/4 months after planting new plant

This flower is usually from summer to monsoon, ( Approximate form march/April  to August/September )

Winter does not have flowers, But as I said, the local variety is seen to be more or less all year round

( Excludes too much cold time )

Tuberose plant can survive in almost all types of soil

It should be kept in full sunlight and it grows very well and gives more flowers

Many people planting this plant in their own garden or in the pot on terrace garden

When its flower blossomed as it looks like very beautiful , The smell filled with air in the evening, filled the tiredness of the whole day and filled it with joy

Let's get some information about planting process

Planting Plant

Before planting new tubers, clean it well Then it has any fungus powder ( like Dithane , Bavistin , Saaf etc.)  mix it well and keep it around 1 hour

And if you bring new seedlings from nursery, then you can put it together Because the nursery is planted by all arrangements

Now the turn to make the soil

• soil     -- 50 %
• compost-- 50 %
• bone mill  -- 200 gram per pots

There will be any cultivable soil

Compost can use any of that (leaf, cow dung, or earthworm)

Get to the bone dust in fertilizer store. If you do not get this..? use egg shell powder 4/5 tablespoons

Mix them well, prepare your soil

7-8 inch pot is enough to new plant

First, take the tub, see the bottom of pot ..look there is a hole..after placing a piece of broken pot on it
Then some sand on it and then put the mix soil on it
What will happen if your pot comes out of excess water goes out easily and maintains good health of your plant

Now planting the plant and give some water

Care of Plant

This plant does not have pest So do not need medicines.

Occasionally give liquid fertilizer like mustard cake , Two days after soaking in water

After some days, dug the soil of the tub a little If the soil is hollow then the plant is healthy

When the plant is old, take out all the tubers and separate the new tubes from it

So you got the new plant Again new and old plants were placed on the newly created soil

Some flowers are reduced to flower after a few days after flowering , 
Or they are completely stop
I think the reason is to much apply chemical fertilizers regularly
In the beginning, its results are good , But after some days the pot's soil started to get worse
I personally realized it
Due to the regular chemical fertilization application the soil is dry And it becomes tough As a result, the tree roots can not spread properly And the ability to pull water reduces
That's why I do not use it myself And I do not even recommend it to anyone
I always use organic fertilizers.
